What is a DNS lookup?
A DNS lookup lets you find out which IP address and DNS records a domain name has. Our tool instantly queries A (IPv4), AAAA (IPv6), MX (email), TXT, NS, CNAME and SOA records via a secure DNS-over-HTTPS infrastructure.
Checking DNS records is essential for domain transfers, email configuration, SSL validation and tracking DNS propagation.
How to use it
- Enter the domain name (no need to type http://).
- Select the record type you want to query (A, MX, TXT…).
- Click "Lookup" — records are listed with their TTL values.
